QVC

I've been a customer of QVC for around 8-9 years, and my experience with their customer service department isn't great when their is a problem (they're ok when it's not a problem). Example, I returned something about three weeks ago, all they keep saying is wait, wait, wait. Now, all they can say is to contact my shipper. I did, and UPS delivered it the next day (even though I shipped it regular ground). They won't even accept the on-line proof of delivery from UPS, they want it by mail. Since this happens every time I return something (which isn't often), I'm wondering if they purposely give customers the run-around in order to keep the money longer, or maybe there's a law stating a company must process a return within a certain amount of days and they just can't be bothered? Their service has definitely been declining over the years.

I initially received the incorrect item. The item was replaced correctly in a timely manner. I am currently waiting for a refund for the cost of postage and insurance for the return of the incorrect item.

item was not to be shipped yet - it was an advance order, therefore we have not received it yet. We have ordered Nascar collectibles before from QVC and they have always shipped us the correct item and it has always been in great condition.

I would like to see QVC make some additional information available on thier sizing. For example, on thier website, they usually only show the sizing info. on a medium and a size 1x - well, I do wear a medium but occasionally I order the large. Without the measurements available, we have to judge on our own within the scale thats given to us. Please show us a full size chart. I would appreciate this very much and I'm sure other QVC customers would agree as well. Thanks for your time.

I have had very good results with QVC. My first experience was trying a new line of skin care products only to find that they caused my skin to become dry and break out. QVC took them back with no questions asked. I was very impressed with this - almost like shopping at Nordstrom as far as their customer service goes.

I like shopping QVC, the only thing is that is not good is the tracking. They give old tracking numbers that do not match up with my order, it was someone elses order that they already received. And I have to go to the ups web sight to track, it doesnt work with the QVC website. That is the only thing that I have to complain about about them. Everything else is real good.

I put my PO Box in for the shipping address but the website caught it right away & informed me that it was being shipped via UPS & needed a physical address. I thought that was great that the website caught the error before any problems with shipping occured. Thanks.
