QVC

In the past month or so, I tried to order several different styles/sizes of ladies' bras. Most of what I wanted to order was not in stock so was only available "on back-order". This company could not realistically let me know when the merchandise would come back into stock, so after 2-3 weeks after placing my order, I cancelled them because I needed these items within a month and had no assurance that they would even be shipped out to me sooner. I think this company's customers would GREATLY benefit from a system online where any back-ordered items would automatically show when the merchandise was due to come back into stock. I will NOT place any future orders with this company unless I am told upfront that the merchandise is actually in stock.

Found the items in Clearance section, so I was not specifically searching for them. (I have experienced difficulty finding some items in the past, because they are not captured using the limited available search parameters, unless you already know the item number.) Shipping actually was sooner than expected, but the items whose shipping info was emailed to me arrived after the items that were never "announced."

I placed my order on line and had no problems. It was shipped promptly and was in excellent condition.

I've been a very long-time customer of QVC, so I have to rate the general experience as quite good over-all. Especially the couple of times I've had some real problem with what arrived/didn't arrive via the USPS, the customer service has been excellent. Rarely have I ever been disappointed with any purchase, & the return policy is quite good. Shipping costs are, IMO, a bit high, but unfortunately everything has gone up, so I suppose the cost isn't out-of-line. I do wish they'd enclose a return label that made returning an item no problem because of the postage/shipping paid label. Deducting the cost from my refund is no problem for me as the other companies I buy from include a label like this.

Always a wonderful experience! Very handy, I don't have to leave my house and the product is delivered on my doorstep. Also, if I need to return something for any reason, there is a return label enclosed, all I have to do is wrap it up, pop on the label and it's good to go. QVC is an AWESOME company!!!

I made a purchase, but I needed to return it in exchange for something else. The turn around time was very short and they emailed me when my exchanged item was shipped. Whenever I shop with the "Q", the experience is always excellant.

There are a lot of products at all price points, and you can find what you want quite easily. I have shopped with QVC for over 20 years and I have always been satisfied. In the rare instance that something wasn't working properly, I received courteous, friendly, and helpful service, and either a replacement or a refund. I love the Q! The website is easy to navigate, and making a purchase is just as easy. I receive most items within a week. The service can't be beat.

I have been shopping with QVC since it was CVN (I think), many years. They have always been a great company to deal with and excellent if you need to return something. They have a wonderful selection of merchandise, a lot of which I can't find in my area. I will continue shopping with them. Keep up the good work QVC. Love Ya!

I have been shopping with QVC for several years and have been very satisfied with my purchases/products thus far.Though I would like to recieve some kind of coupon now and then. I am also an Insider member but haven't gotten any use from it I don't find any thing in it usefull enough for my budget and I had to pay for the membership but don't plan on renewing it.

The DVD player arrived on time, packaged carefully and without any problems it was delivered to my front door. This is important to me as I don't have time to shop much in stores. Installation was simple, almost plug and play. I can always depend on QVC.

It is always a pleasure doing business with QVC. Sometimes their products are all that great but the sales pitch is fantastic. However, the products that are great practically sell themselves. I bought this purse and I love it. It met my expectations and more.
