The website is hard to navigate, and I was limited re: shipping options. I think that a $200 product should ship free.

Very good company to order food from because they stand behind what they sell. If it is great then they are happy to hear that and if it is crap then they will politely refund your money including shipping and handling. It allows me to buy things I normally would never consider and I've found some very nice items this way!

My shopping at QVC is 95 % always positive. Sometimes I will go on-line and search for specific products. It is easy to send something back if you are not happy with it because of QVC return policy.

My only concern is that QVC does not have enough of the flex pays to purchase expensive products. It is much better for customers who would purchase more if the payments were split up over 3 or 4 months on ALL items.

This is my second purchase of a sleep number bed from QVC. I wouldn't make a purchase like that from anywhere else. QVC is the perfect place to make this kind of purchase. We have a special number to call as we put it together and may have a problem doing so. That way we get put right thru with no time just waiting. I buy almost everything except groceries from QVC.

I ordered the "Brinda DyGraf Total Bosy Air Climber with Step Tracker & DVD'S. I requested it to be sent via UPS. as it would be easier for me. I even received an email from QVC stating it had been sent by UPS to our physical address with a tracking # and an opportunity to print out a return tracking #. It never came and when I contacted customer service at QVC I was told it was sent to the PO box number at the post office and it had been received by the post office. Now it is going to be very difficult for me to pick this up and hope it is not returned to QVC before I am able to get to the post office in another week. I will still order from QVC because I like alot of their products and prices and hope my request will be followed next time. Most things are shipped to the PO box, but this particular time was inconvenient to me. I hope it will still be there when I can get there to pick it up. I still have not received the product so I could not tell you if it is good condition or not!!!
