There are a lot of products at all price points, and you can find what you want quite easily. I have shopped with QVC for over 20 years and I have always been satisfied. In the rare instance that something wasn't working properly, I received courteous, friendly, and helpful service, and either a replacement or a refund. I love the Q! The website is easy to navigate, and making a purchase is just as easy. I receive most items within a week. The service can't be beat.

I have been shopping with QVC since it was CVN (I think), many years. They have always been a great company to deal with and excellent if you need to return something. They have a wonderful selection of merchandise, a lot of which I can't find in my area. I will continue shopping with them. Keep up the good work QVC. Love Ya!

I have been shopping with QVC for several years and have been very satisfied with my purchases/products thus far.Though I would like to recieve some kind of coupon now and then. I am also an Insider member but haven't gotten any use from it I don't find any thing in it usefull enough for my budget and I had to pay for the membership but don't plan on renewing it.

The DVD player arrived on time, packaged carefully and without any problems it was delivered to my front door. This is important to me as I don't have time to shop much in stores. Installation was simple, almost plug and play. I can always depend on QVC.

It is always a pleasure doing business with QVC. Sometimes their products are all that great but the sales pitch is fantastic. However, the products that are great practically sell themselves. I bought this purse and I love it. It met my expectations and more.

I only shop at QVC. It is so convenient. In the past, I was a catalog shopper. I always hated going to the malls, but found that I had to in order to get what I needed. Now, I shop at QVC which is so convenient. I also find products that I would never have known about. Much better than catalog shopping because you see the product and how to use it or how it is worn, etc. I love QVC. The prices cannot be beat either. It is very convenient to return any product. The truly stand for what they say - quality, value, and convenience.

QVC always is top-notch. I have never had a problem with them. While I usually order using the automated system, when I do have to call, the representatives couldn't be nicer or more helful.
I had a recent problem with an item (arrived defective). I called, and the representative was so nice. He sent me a form for me to complete, and to send back the product. I will try to do that this weekend.
I am one of their best customers, I am sure...

I don't believe that there should be a return s/h charge on shoes or clothing due to the fact everything is sized different.There are so many online merchants who charge far less for s/h and nothing for straight exchanges.I do enjoy QVC-the quality and products.I do feel some things are overpriced and s/h is too high.When it is a straight exchange added s/h is very annoying.I had told the rep over the phone to forget it and I would buy future shoes from other websites due to additional s/h.I guess since I had filled out for an exchange first when I sent it back--the exchange was sent--so I kept the shoes.I wasn't going to risk having to pay even more for very cute but "high" priced casual shoes.I love your quality but rarely buy anything that is not at a great sale price,clearance,or well priced one-of-a-kind items. I read reviews and decided on size based on that since I had never owned this brand--and of course they were wrong--if I hadn't followed reviewers, I know it would have been the wrong choice.You really can't win when it comes to sizing on different brands and if I go to an actual store to try them on, it is probable that I will buy them there since that service has helped me in my decision.Had these not been resent to me by mistake, I wouldn't have bought them from QVC.I have exchanged from other websites and HSN due to sizing issues without s/h charges.I make most purchases from computer and s/h really ads up and is a major issue.I hate something advertised as $10 and end up paying $20 with s/h.I would rather it be advertised at the higher price.Even a flat rate s/h charge would be more understandable especially for someone who has been such a "good" customer over a long period of time.I have since made some purchases but nothing that was by size due to these issues.Sorry, but that is my complaint and I do feel it is valid to me and others and that you have lost a customer to certain parts of your business.Initially I was mad and thought "fine,I am done shopping at QVC." due to the principle alone. I calmed down and decided shop at your "store" but only certain items and if I am buying a shirt or something there and they have something else I need, I will just buy it all there. Rather than making a seperate purchase from QVC because I feel that is one way to help a company that seems willing to help their customer. Sorry, I will still shop with you but maybe just not maybe as much as I would have without this issue. Also, why are there no coupon opportunities?Everywhere has daily or weekly specials--it is the fact that everyone likes to save as much as possible especially in these economical times.
