QVC is the best in marketing and customer service; the majority of their products are excellent. I am dissatisfied with their new product return labels - - via parcel post. Most of my and my friends receive and use UPS. I have difficulty in getting out and it is much easier for me to return via UPS when they make a delivery. I would suggest that a choice be available. Most of the other merchants use UPS via "ARS" which works wonderfully.

The items were great. The Rachael Ray set is beautiful, just in time for the holidays. And the Motto leather jacket was a great value plus five easy payments, you can't beat that. I just wish QVC would offer free shipping on more items, like with the Motto jacket, because the free shipping just makes the great values even greater and is a big incetive to purchase especially if other sites are not offering free shipping. Free shipping is the biggest deciding factor as to whether I purchase something or not-and the money saved on shipping can be used to purchase something else.

Overall, I've found that the merchandise that QVC markets is over priced with poor quality. They have the greatest marketing machine in the country and some how the items displayed on tv look great.

I frequent the QVC outlet in Delaware where all returned items are shipped for resale. You would be dismayed at how cheap and inexpensive some of the items look like- especially the home deocr and Christmas decoration items.

Buyer beware- especially when you have to pay for returned shipments.

Seeing the ring in person far exceeded my expectations as seeing it during the show. The Shank is very sturdy and well crafted. Unique design and well balanced. I liked the explaination how a wreath is a sign of good health which is why I purchased this ring as a symbol ofr my Mom to mark her recently achieving being Cancer free for 5 years! Thanks Joseph and QVC. This is a special and significant gift.
