I love QVC, I have been ordering for approx 7 years. I have had to order for my Mom, sisters, daughter and nieces lets just say most of my family members. I am the QVC station for my family. Unfortunitly this can sometimes cause me to send back several items. My mom had been ill for the last couple of years and I ordered whatever she wanted even though I knew she could not fit the size and I would have to send them back. I now have a better handle on it since my mom recently passed away. I would and have recommended QVC to many of my friends who love the way I dress and several of them are now QVC members.

Good selection, average quality. Now takes much longer to get items out the door that previously and using shipping method that takes 3-4 days longer than previous. Still convenient but lower quality and value.

This was my first time buying from QVC. My products were shipped fast, packaged excellently, & the quality of the Keurigs is superb. I will definitely buy from QVC again & refer others to them. Everything was exactly as described by the host. I am extremely pleased!

QVC provides quality products at affordable prices. They make holiday shopping easy by providing a wide variety of items. Automated phone ordering is a snap. Online ordering is a breeze. Customer service ordering is pleasant. Their return policy is the best.

I received silver tone watches instead of gold tone. I spoke with Robert in customer service; he was very nice and apologetic, but I still haven't rec'd my watches. They are for Xmas so I hope they come soon. I returned the silver tone watches the same day I spoke to Robert. Too bad QVC didn't send the correct order simultaneously.

I have never had any problem with QVC Customer Service. In the event of a very rare product problem, QVC always rectified the problem in a very acceptable manor. QVC if one of the trusted, proven and desired merchants of all time as far as I am concerned. Never had a problem that did not get resolved in my favor.

QVC is the best in marketing and customer service; the majority of their products are excellent. I am dissatisfied with their new product return labels - - via parcel post. Most of my and my friends receive and use UPS. I have difficulty in getting out and it is much easier for me to return via UPS when they make a delivery. I would suggest that a choice be available. Most of the other merchants use UPS via "ARS" which works wonderfully.
