The website is nice and it is easy to find what I need. The service is very. If I must call the customer service agents they are courteous and professional and actually very sweet. My orders are always on time and if occasionally the items are not to my liking, the return policy is quick and efficient. The only improvement that I would lke to see is on the website. The webpage for 24 hour review is not always as complete as I would like it. When I press the icons, I don't always get to see all the items that have been shown in the last 24 hours. All the icons for all the shows are not always update. All in all, QVC is one of my favorite sellers on tv and online.

Phone or website, no difference: it's always quick and easy to order from QVC. And the few times I have had to return merchandise (this time included) was never a problem. I am very pleased with my experiences with QVC. I have already received confirmation that the return has been received and my credit card has been credited. The problem with buying online or from television is not being able to see and feel the item up close. Sometimes the size is correct, but the fit is just not right. I had hesitated to by apparel from QVC for many years for that reason. Then I tried one brand, then another, and now I don't hesitate because I know I can return things that aren't quite right........for whatever reason. And, with the ease of return, and the quick credit, this becomes no more difficult than buying an item at the local mall and returning it to them. There is an item on air today that looks very comfortable. Maybe I should go order it right now!

I love QVC. I bought this ring to take on our Mexican vacation instead of taking my platinum wedding set. This ring looks like the real thing and I'm sure I'll fool a lot of people. I have never had any reason to return anything I have bought from QVC. I have been very satisfied with the products, the customer service and the ease of using their website. The availablity guide is WONDERFUL!

I had to return for size adjustment and have not recieved the replacement back again - there is a week lag on processing returns - that is one week for them to let me know they recieved the return - USPS told me on line a week before - it has been 2 days and the order is still listed "in process" at QVC. At the original order and shipping I was not able to track the package, just knew that it shipped (no tracking number displayed)
