As a person who takes all types of nutritional supplements, I have spent a lot of money on expensive health remedies, many of which do not work or are not of good quality. I saw an ad for Puritan's Pride, with unbelievably low prices and great deals for vitamins and other health supplements, so I decided to go ahead and purchase a few items to see if I liked them and to see how their customer service is. I ordered a few items from their website and found it easy to navigate. There was a special "Buy One Get Two Free" promotion going on for the item I was buying, so for a little over five dollars, I got three items. UPS ground shipping was less than four dollars for what I ordered, so all together it was less than ten dollars, including shipping. There is also a prompt on the ordering process that comes up to tell you that if you would rather complete the order by phone, you can call their toll free number. I completed the order online, and promptly got an e-mail from Puritan's Pride stating that they received my order, and it would be processed right away. The next day, I got another e-mail telling me my items were shipped. Two days later, I received my package in the mail. That is what I call prompt, excellent customer service. I have now been on their their mailing list for quite some time, and when a special promotion is running, such as free shipping, Puritan's Pride lets you know about it. I have been ordering from Puritan's Pride ever since, and it is the only place that I trust with my nutritional health from now on!
