On a wednesday, I ordered a motorola KRZR K1 Blue phone which the website showed to be instock and available. Then I received a confirmation of the order. About an hour later, received an email (not a phone call) that this phone wasn't available anymore. I was advised they had a red one, so online chatting with them, they changed the order and confirmed it. Couple of hours later, received another email (again, not a phone call from customer service) that the red KRZR K1 is not longer available. Strange because the customer service who I was chatting with had verified it. I assumed at this time my order was being processed. The next day (thursday), I find another email that says there appeared to be a mistake on the order and they needed to know what they should do. I was surprised this one didn't come by phone call advising me. I again went to their online chat, and changed my order to a RAZR2 V8. This wasn't the original phone I had wanted, and happened to be more expensive. Online chatting with them, again they verified my order and said I would receive a tracking number when it shipped, and that everything was okay and confirmed. So obviously at this time I'm thinking my order was finally being processed. This morning (friday) I get another email from them saying there's a problem with the order, and my credit card. I was suspicious at this point. Happened to call my credit card company who had no knowledge of any denial, and said my account was fine.
So, three days trying to order a phone from these people, and all it turned out to be was a waste of time. But at least they were being paid to waste their time, not mine. I cancelled the order, and ordered the same product from another online company who is actually shipping it to me overnight. Will I ever come back to puremobile .... not only never, but I'll be sure to warn family and friends.
