Initial experience on-line was fine but after a recurring error with confirming my credit card, an error was made in shipping by standard rather than priority as requested and paid for. Ultimately, my shipping costs were refunded in full and I was given an apology for the problems. Still waiting for delivery two weeks after ordering an in-stock item.

I made the order, but they kept having issues with UPS picking up the products for almost a week and I asked for 1-2 days delivery. Everytime I got a hold of a customer Rep. they tried to look after my complain and said that they will process it asap but they never delivered to my request.

This appears to be some kind of bait and switch tactic. They showed the product on their website as "available" at an extremely low price but they don't have it in stock. It even says, "Usually Ships in 3 - 7 Business Days." Then they call and tried to offer to let me switch my order to something that they have in stock. I declined and they cancelled my order. A few days later they still show the product as available although at a slightly higher price, but still better than anyone else. I submitted another order, this time changing the shipping to UPS Priority (1 to 2 Business Days). That was two days ago and nothing has shipped yet. I've checked several times. I haven't heard from them yet but I think they'll be calling soon with the same old tactic which will be to let me switch to something else. My complaint is not against Sony Ericsson who make good products, my complaint is against a retailer who advertises an item at a price they don't intend to honor.

First try at shopping with Pure Mobile and I ended up cancelling the order. Their site indicated the product in stock and would ship in 24 to 48 hours. One week later still not shipped. Many excuses were offered and finally they told the truth, they did not have any in stock. But, they said the order should be filled the next day. I had enough and cancelled the order.

One was for a return to manufacturer charge at The Apple store used to aquire a apple iphone 4 and the other was the same thing from wind mobile. So I have an idea where they are getting there phones. Can you say fraud!!!!!!! Aside from having to cancel my credit card and call to dispute charges. I got what I ordered it took a week for it to come I payed for express delivery and it was sent standard. 15.00 well spent!! not really. I am disgusted with Pure Mobile's lack of customer service. We ordered a phone for our son for Christmas on November 29. We received the phone one week later. To our disappointment, the phone was not what was represented in the picture on the website. The color was supposed to be a bright green, instead it was teal. We have spent the last week being given the run around from "customer service". We have had no resolution and are now rapidly running out of time before "Santa's gift" is supposed to be given to our son. Not to mention that your company has screwed around enough that they have almost completely used the time in your 10-day return policy. I will NEVER purchase from pure mobile again and I will make sure that our network of friends, family and associates don't either!

In September of 2009 I ordered an LG Vu from PureMobile for my son. I was assured by the salesman that the unlocked phone would be capable of all the bells and whistles that we had with out Rogers account. It's not, it can't send or receive MMS. I tried numerous times to contact support at PureMobile, but the company that went out of their way to sell me a phone can't be bothered to email back. After five or six unanswered emails, I sent one to the same address suggesting that I might want to buy a lot of phones. They answered that one right away. My most recent kick at the cat was speaking to a live rep on their site, who linked me with a request for warranty (oh yes I bought the warranty too) to fill out and submit. Haven't heard back from that one either...sigh. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered a factory unlocked iPhone 4 from Pure Mobile. It was a great experience. They have a nice Website and the customer service was very quick and responsive via live chat. They shipped promptly by UPS air. My package shipped from Montreal Quebec Canada. The phone was brand new in a sealed box with shrink wrap and just works great. I was very impressed by the experience using Pure Mobile. I would use them again no questions asked.

PureMobile.ca has made bold statements on their website about fulfilling orders within a specified time but failed not only to respond by email to state the order status, but went silent for days only to come up with a phone call apologizing that the original phone I ordered was not in stock so they were suggesting a replacement phone! Their website stated that the phone I ordered was in stock and I had reasons to specifically order that phone. After the phone call, I have not heard from them again and yet they promised to get back to me on 04 Nov.!

Fairly smooth - except for the fact that the number they were trying to reach me from was having issues connecting to my home VOIP number. We worked it out with the credit card company. Was concerned with their choice of shipper - UPS (I would have liked a choice) - since I have had numerous problems with UPS before and have had to take time to drive out and visit the UPS centre.
But all in all, not bad...probably would use again.

Terrible! When I e-mail your help line telling them that UPS said "They receieved a electronic message of a delivery, but had not yet received the product." I was e-mailed back with "UPS said that the product was delivered....so we don't understand what your question is. I can only imagine who's at the other end of my e-mail. I have since check my tracking number only to find that UPS has put a "Lost Package Tracer" on the product, to which I responded to your help line and ask to ship me another giving them 5 buisness days to deliver, or cancell my order.
And by the way, this order was put in on 08/24/10, it is now 09/30/10. Order# 170127 - Cust Code 183078

I ordered my phone expecting to get it in a few days like they said. Then they said the phone was out of stock, even though the website had listed the phone as available, and that it would take an additional week to ship. Instead I had to wait almost a month and in the end they told me my order was cancelled, because they couldn't get in contact with me about my order. EVEN THOUGH I spoke to them twice over the phone and sent them an email.

Verizon is listed, and no mention is made that NONE OF THE PHONES THAT THEY SELL will work with that network. On the contrary, the table lists service ranges that the cell phones fall within. Ordered phone with expectation that it would work, it did not, and they will not process full refund.
