Web site was easy to use, and product shipped as UPS 2nd Day, but they took it upon themselves to ship a substitute product. I ordered MS Office XP Standard; they shipped MS Office Standard Edition 2003, APPLICATIONS STUDENT MEDIA. The note in my shipment read, "Since we are out of stock with XP Standard, we just decided to give u 2003 Standard since its a superior version of MS Office." I didn't order this so I don't want it! I'm angry that no one called me to ask me about subbing a product and I'm doubly angry that I paid 2nd Day Shipping for a product that I cannot use!

I have purchased several different software from pronetcd.com web site, their delivery speed, prices, customer services are excellent. I was searching for Windows 98 Second Edition for quite a while but some companies the price was too high. It shocked me that Pronetcd's prices were cheap for the product I was getting.

I did want to find out as much as possible, whether i was getting the right version and what would be included in the product, and their customer service was not only good, but helpful and friendly. Definitely will buy from them again, they seem to have the hardest to find software at the most affordable prices.

I placed an order and got a confirmation email. 5 days later they called me to tell me they don't actually have what I ordered. I asked them if they already charged my credit card for the purchase and they didn't know. I now need to contact my credit card company to make sure the charge doesn't go through.

Added note. I just checked my credit card bill and they charged me for this item that they not only didn't ship, but didn't even have. I called them about it and I got a recording that says "mailbox full". I'm now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

These guys are crooks. I ordered software from them and paid by Paypal. I never received a confirmation of an order from them. When I log onto their site it tells me I don't have an order. They got paid. I think I do indeed have an order. I've sent them 2 e-mails and left 3 telephone messages for them. No response of any kind, not even "We'll Check on it and get back to you." I'd never deal with these people again, even with someone else's money. They can obviously offer great software prices because they don't deliver. Great scam.

My experience with Pronetcd is not good. I ordered Microsoft FrontPage on January 3 2007 and have not received my product which was supposed to be an overnight shipment. It is January 5 2006. I have tried to call Pronetcd.com and have not talked to anyone because nobody has answered the phone. I have left many messages with my phone number and e-mail and have not heard from anyone.
All I want is answers weather it is good or not I just would like to hear a voice.
I must say that their prices are great but the customer service can be much better. If I receive my product today then I take all this back.

I ordered Microsoft Front Page 2003 from pronetcd. The product arrived in a timely manner (2 business days), installed perfectly and works as it was intended. It was exactly what it was represented to be on the website (a CD-only version, with product key). I had some questions about the order when it was placed and called the toll-free number listed on the website. The person who answered the call was very helpful in answering my questions. Overall, I am very satisfied
