The shopping experience was fairly straightforward, but the delivery was less than stellar. The package was delayed repeatedly and when it did arrive, the delivery man would not bring it in the house. I suppose I can understand due to liability concerns, but treadmills are HEAVY and it was all we could do to get it up the stairs into the house since we don't have the proper equipment like the delivery company does. This, of course, is not directly the fault of Proform, but it is still frustrating.

It was uneventful, as it should be. I was told delivery in 7-10 days. On the 10th day, I was expecting delivery, so I called Old Dominion and they said that they wouldn't be coming to my area for 3 or 4 more days. No big deal, just delivery was not in 10 days. Also, the delivery service man, would not bring the treadmill into the house, My wife, home alone, had to get it into the house. I don't understand why he couldn't bring it in.

NO PROBLEMS WITH PROFORM, HAD TROUBLE WITH THE MAIL SERVICE GETTING IT RIGHT. NO OTHERS PROBLEMS SO FAR. WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE HAD IT DELIVERED AND SET UP BUT OUR ZIP CODE DID NOT QUALIFY. ENJOYING THE PRODUCT EVERY DAY.

Everything was great except... No one mentioned (neither did the website) how big and bulky the package would be. Holy Moly! I guess I was expecting the shipper to bring it inside our house - wrong. All he did was drop it in our driveway on a pallet! At first, we thought we'd just pick it up and put it into the garage but 2 strong men couldn't even lift it! So we "rolled" it into the garage - while it was attached to the pallet! Bringing it inside the house (out of the package) was a very large struggel - very awkward - nothing to really hold on to while you're carrying it. I think that there should be some communication in the ordering process that discloses what we're in for regarding the over 300 pound package!

I have not been able to use my machine yet. The power cable that came with my unit was not the right one. I was told that it would take 5-10 working days to recieve the correct one. I feel that if the mistake was on your end, over night shipment would of been more appropriate.

Purchase was simple and price was right. I haven't set the treadmill up yet, but instructions seem to be comprehensive enough. One problem; I purchased the 4 year warrantee but have not received it.

I ordered on-line and received an excellent bargin. It was on sale for a limited time only. I thought that since I had purchased the treadmill at a sale price it would be shipped the lest expensive way but I received my order in less than a week. I put the treadmill together myself and with only a minimum of assistance from my wife. It took less than one and a half hours to complete the job. I have used the treadmill for 2 weeks and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I was missing a bottle of cleaning fluid in the accessary kit but I called Proform and a new kit is being sent to me. Thank you for a good product and excellent service. JIm Busby Mountain View, MO

The delivery service used by this company is unacceptable. They DO NOT deliver on time. However, that was not the worst part -- the delivery company only left the treadmill in the street and refused to bring it into my house. Given the size and weitght of the treadmill, I do not consider dumping the item off in the street as actually delivering the treadmill. If they continue to use this company for their deliveries, they will not receive any orders from me again in the future.

Had some difficulty with the fit of some pieces of the machine. It looked like some of the pieces drew a bit during the welding process making the alignment a bit out. Some were out of alignment enough to cause some concern about wear from the assembly forces in the future. Will be interesting to see if the machine develops excessive slack or fails after time due to these alignment issues. No other concerns-- just need a bit better quality control & perhaps a fit test on a jig after construction before boxing.

I live in Canada, but when I ordered the product online, it said that I would be contacted by a representative would contact me to arrange the price in American dollars. We never received a call, just an e-mail 2 weeks later saying my order was canceled. 800$ was taken from my visa card, and if we didn't call I would be missing 800$ and would not have the machine I ordered. And the Lady we talked to on the phone was EXTREMELY unpleasant.

I have contacted the company about a missing bolt and I have not received a reply yet. The bike seems to be in good shape other than that. The box it came in was in very poor shape. I'm surprised the bike was ok.

My response to question 2 relates to the shipper (Old Dominion) who dispatched a lone driver to deliver an unwieldy 200 lb. package. The driver left the package leaning on my front porch. A storm came that afternoon, blew over the box, broke the box, and exposed the contents to the elements. Being a treadmill (that's ostensibly designed to survive a constant drenching from sweat), I'm hoping the rain caused no long-term damage.
