The Worst! Who wants to get flowers in a box? It is the thought that counts but I can do without having to arrange my own flowers. They don't look at all like they appear in the picture. I am livid that they ripped us off with this easy saver thing. So far I have been charged $1.95 and $14.95. This should really be illegal. My husband has paid over $200.00 to this company in 2009 alone for mother's day and birthdays. I hope in this economy they can afford to lose our business becasue they won't have it anymore. I am sure that many other people will not be repeat customers once they notice the additional money leaving their accounts. I feel terrible because I just talked real ugly to the girl at proflowers and she was really nice and just doing her job. I did apologize before I ended the call. She gave me the number to easy savers and of course they have already closed. What a crock! I hope I can get my money back or I will be really ticked! I stated ease of ordering was very difficult and this is because there must have been some hidden trick to not having your credit card information sent over to be tapped by easy savers. I say customer service was average because I believe the decision makers at proflowers are morons and don't care about the customer which is why they allow their customers to be plundered by easy savers but the lady I just complained to on the toll free numbers to proflowers was a gem and very nice (even though I was quite hateful).
