Overpriced, deceptive practices, poor product.

Last month I ordered two dozen roses from ProFlowers for Valentine’s Day. They were running a special for $49. They charged an additional 30 dollars for a delivery fee. When the roses arrived there were only 18 and not the two dozen that I paid for. The roses were wilted and had lost all the petals within four days. I complained to the customer service and they never responded.
Since proflowers is a cyber company and all orders are going to require delivery, I felt that the delivery cost should be quoted in the price instead of slipped in when you finalize your order.
Yesterday I noticed unusual charges on my credit card and I called the phone number. They said that I had signed up for a "discount travel service" as part of my Pro Flowers transaction. I know that I never knowingly agreed to sign up for this.
I felt that some of their practices were a little shady and some of them were outright deceptive. I will never deal with them again. I could have gotten better quality flowers for the same price from a local store and not had to deal with the deceptive marketing involved in the “discount travel service” scam.
