They are fake, dishonest, money hungry people who will say anything to sound like they are not. However, if you run into trouble ordering, like I did, for a very emotional family crisis, they will charge you and leave you in the dust.
If you could only see the stack of e-mails I have telling me I was not charged (when my credit card was charged), (how I must have left a space or done something wrong filling out the forms, etc.)
A perfect example of what I believe to be a company that started out good and grew too fast. I would stay as far away as you can from them, just in case something goes wrong. You will not be backed up, if you are treated like I was.
I have been ordering nearly everything off the internet for 5-6 years. There are problems, but I try to stay with reputable and well-known companies. This time I got taken big-time. I was very calm initially the first 48 hours, but after I got an e-mail that stated; "I can assure you, Mr. TAXXX, your credit card has not been charged."
What do you do. A family member has a major accident all your siblings are there or flying to the location, and you try to send a bit of "love" in the way of something from ProFlowers, and they all lied to me. Not one customer service rep would stop and say; "let me help you. Let's place the order again." Oh man, it was horrible and they charged my credit card!!!
