The first few orders good, last very bad, poor customer service.

For Valentine's Day, my husband sent me roses, by the next day the flowers were drooping. I called customer service, and the order was going to be replaced, but inventory of the red roses was all gone. The solution was to credit my husbands credit card account. When the credit card statement came, no credit was given. I called customer service and said they needed to talk to my husband only, and not me. As my husband was busy, (I did not want to upset him about the service and performance of the flowers, because I had not told him about the drooping flowers) Denise in customer service informed me they can not credit back the account and furthermore has to talk to my husband regarding the order. She cannot talk to the recipient at all regarding the order and she was only concerned she could loose her job rather than trying to solve this problem. I felt no empathy from this woman and she could have cared less is the flowers were not up to the satisfaction of the customer-recipient. According to Denise in customer, service the only resolution for the recipient is to replace the flowers, but she did not even offer to do that now. This does not make sense. The customer service I experience today was unsatisfactory, confusing, and very frustrating.
