They did not wait to see if I was home when the flowers were delivered. I opened the door one time and the delivery man was running down the stairs so he could leave. I thought theyre job was to make sure the flowers actually got to the right person. I came home one day and the flowers were there a day early and were just left outside my door. They had already died. One good thing is that if they do die before a week is up they will send you the same order vase and all for free. First time they gave me free flowers it was supposed to be 2dozen and they only mailed one to me and with a different vase then was orderd. Prices arent too bad though for what you get atleast. The free vase that was offered with the flowers was too short to even put them in. Another time the vase was not even what we had ordered. The flowers very rarely are there when they are supposed to be.Everytime we have ordered from them I have had to get new flowers at least twice because the first set died in the first few days They just ran the bell put down the box and left. Then I started getting charge for the easy saver program that we did not want. if you call 8004449491 and complain enough they will credit you back for month they took but thats all. theyll sit there and tell you how you had to read and agree to pay every month. If like me you got charged twice in december tell them and they will correct it and give you back two payments of 14.95.
