We needed an accurate scale ... happened to find this site on the Internet and took a chance based on the reviews. I am THRILLED to say that my order was received a day sooner than I expected, which was great! We had some doctor appointments scheduled and wanted to see how accurate/close to the doctor's office scales these were ... VERY ACCURATE!! This was a nice change from the previous ones which were WAY OFF ... nice to have scales that really work! THANKS!!

Old Will's web site was very well laid out.  I quickly found a scale that would suit my purpose.  And at a great price.

The ordering system worked great.  I especially liked the communications I recieved after ordering, and after the scale was shipped.

My scale arrived promptly.  It was 4 days from ordering to delivery.

Within minutes of receiving my scale, I was using it.  And It worked perfectly.
I ordered a Pro Scale 222.  I am very pleased with it!

We were very happy with the purchase. We set it up and started using it to count bulk key blanks within an hour of receipt. The instructions were as easy as 1,2,3. This is a GREAT company- I highly recommend Old Will Knott Scales!  Easy as pie website plus the live on line support if you have a question or two about the products. I quickly found the perfect scale for my needs, ordered it via PayPal, and received my parcel's tracking number within an hour! It arrived today, was perfectly packed and perfectly calibrated right out of the box!
