Awesome is a word many times over used - however, I can only decribe my shopping experience at Profeel as none less than AWESOME! Somehow I had accidentally chosen overnight shipping for $39.95 and just about fainted when I saw it on the sale confirmation. But guess what - I picked up the phone and thankfully reached I believe her name was Sharon. In less than 2 minutes, she had everything straightened out - with a smile in her voice. I received my Canon camera today and I love it. Profeel is my store from now on!!

Profeel is wonderful. I have only ordered from them once but I would definetly do it again in the future. I wanted the faster delivery but didn't choose it when I ordered my camera online so I called them the next day. The person I talked to on the phone was so helpful and was able to change the shipping for me. I ordered my camera on friday and had it on tuesday. The camera and supplies were neatly packed in the box. I would totally recommend them!

I ordered A Canon EOS 1DS Mark III, EF70-200mm 2.8L, EF24-70mm 2.8L, 580 EX II Speedlite and a 4GB Sandisk CF on January 23rd. I paid in advance and received my order on February 1st. The reason it took over a week was because they were waiting on the 1DS3 from canon. It came in on February 1st and was shipped to me that day. The sale was smooth with no pressure to buy extras. All items were intact and well packaged. I would not hesitate to shop from Profeel again. A very nice and helpful staff.

I had never ordered anything off of the internet before. Dealing with Profeel for a camera was chancy for me, but was pleasantly surprised that every thing went as it' was supposed to. I sent in the order off of the internet, I received a confirmation from Profeel, I received the camera in a timely manner. What more is there to say.

PROFEEL provided perfect service in every way. Their sales people contacted me by phone in Australia to confirm the details and the order, particularly since I was an international customer. They went out of their way to help me and make sure everything was just right. They kept track of my parcels right up to delivery and I received constant updates regarding the postage. Everything arrived beautifully wrapped and secure... and postage wasn't too expensive. It was half what I'd been quoted by another company from the same area. I would recommend PROFEEL to anyone concerned about buying expensive camera equipment over the internet. I saved at least $1000 by purchasing online.

Very satisfied. Ordered on a Monday, got a call on Tuesday morning that the camera I ordered was out in the silver color she wanted to know if I would accept the same camera in black. I approved. They shipped the camera out on Wednesday morning and I received it on Friday morning. I used the standard free shipping and they said 7-10 days and I received it in 5 days from the date I ordered.

The part of my order that was shipped arrived promptly. The part of my order that they left out still hasn't arrived and my original order was placed on Dec 19th, it is now January 8th. I emailed their customer service department 24 hours ago and have not received a reply from them yet.

Also, one of the items I ordered seemed to be a good deal until it arrived, granted it was cheap, but turns out it is also useless.

When I first placed the order it said free shipping for all types of shipping, including overnight. A little while after I placed the order I got a call from customer service to tell me that overnight was not free. I wonder if that's how they get you to order thinking you're getting special delivery for free, and then they switch up on you. I think that is known as the old bait and switch technique. At any rate, like I said earlier the part of my order that arrived, arrived quickly - too bad it was incomplete.

Fast service! I ordered a Canon PowerShot SD850 IS last December 17 and I received it today December 24.Im happy with the service. I keep tracking my package through USPS hoping that it will arrive before Christmas and so happy that Profeel didnt let me down. Now I wrapped it again for my present for my husband.

I am also happy that I saw profeel website and able to order the camera without any problems at all. They are the best online store that I have found. I was thinking to buy from ebay but a bit worried that I might not get the new one and not get it on time.

I got my camera from Profeel with other packages for reasonable price compare it if I will buy it at BestBuy or Circuit City. For the price of $247 for that camera..you cant beat that!

Profeel.com is real. I ordered a Canon G9 camera on 12/3 and got it on 12/11. Their price was the best at that time. No calling back to confirm. They just sent a friendly email next day confirming the order. There was another email from UPS with a tracking number. But I missed the UPS email. So I emailed on the third day to Profeel and asked if they have a tracking number. The lady replied back in an hour and 6 minutes. Perfect customer service. The camera was a brand new US model. I would definitely buy from them again.

There are always doubts to ordering cameras with low prices from unknown sources. You wonder what the gimmick is and what they are not giving you. I did some research online and came across Profeel Video. I Forget the independent rating service name, but it was given a 9+ out of 10. So I shied away from One Way Photo which was much lower.
I purchased a Canon Digital SLR with an accessory kit. Very good price and prompt shipment. Questions about my order were answered to my satisfaction and am pleased overall.

Prompt, honest and provide the best price among their competitors.

I placed my order on Monday and they promised me that I would have my product before the Thanksgiving day, and they stood behind their promised and shipped my stuff right away and I had it for the Thanksgiving day.

I called for advice between two different products, instead of selling me the most expensive product, instead they sold me the product that works best for my needs; they answered all of my questions.

I had many bad experience from shopping online including RitzCamera, but Profeel is friendly sore that I can trust; Excellent customer service, Best price, Prompt and fast, Honest, and helpful, and over all I very much liked my experience with Profeel.

Profeel did an excellent job with my order. I placed my order in the evening and received both an e-mail and a phone call the next day notifying me that my order was received and in process. Bought a Canon PowerShot SD870 IS Digital Camera and underwater housing last week from Profeel. Within hours I got a phone call stating that the housing was back ordered, but would ship as soon as they received them back in stock. My credit card was charged the full amount despite the B/O. A week later got a phone call again saying they had received the housing and were shipping it Priority Mail. As it turned out, both the camera and housing arrived on the same day - one week after ordering. Great price, free shipping, and superb customer service that kept me informed. I had checked other sites to get the best price for the product and this was by far the best with shipping included. I had a problem with submitting my order as it did not give me a receipt, in fact there was an error on the page, but my paypal account had been charged. This may have been through my computer (firewall or something?) When I went to the site, it said the business was closed until Sunday, Oct 7. On Oct 7, I received a call from Sharon who assured me my order, although a problem on my computer, did reach their site. She confirmed the item I purchased, told me it had been paid for and assured me it would be mailed out on Oct 8.

I received my order on Oct 10.

I purchased Canon 540 digital camera a few months ago. The overall experience I would rate as outstanding. The salespeople I dealth with were professional and extremely knowledgeble and helpful. The camera ordered was in stock and shipped out as quickly as I requested. They even recommended that I take out an extended warranty. I was undecided, not sure if i wanted to spend the extra, but i am so glad i did because a few months after i got it, it started giving me trouble. i called Profeel to find out what to do. the whole process was painless and i had a repaired camera as good as new in no time.
