I was looking for a Canon A650 to replace my A640 which was stolen. Profeel priced the A650 in the price range I wanted to pay. Profeel's site is very easy to navigate and placing the order was easy. The order was followed up with a phone call verifying my identify and confirming all the information I provided regarding the make and model of the camera I ordered. They also verified my home address, shipping address and phone number. I then promptly received emails confirming that my order had been processed and shipment was in progress. This was followed up by an email from UPS providing me with a tracking number for the camera.

Ground shipping was free. I ordered the camera on a Friday evening. It arrived by UPS on the following Tuesday.

I was extremely impressed with the expediency of the transaction. I was also impressed by prompt follow up made by customer service and the courtesy that the customer representative showed when she called. The connection was bad, and she was patient with my having to ask to have information repeated.

I have looked at Profeel's site for other products. Their prices are quite competitive and reasonable. This, along with their ease of ordering and customer service would encourage me to order from them again in the future.

I would definitely recommend buying from Profeel.
