It has been a pleasure. Easy access to personal service, great follow-through, fantastic prices, fast delivery and the product was packaged well.

I initially ordered my camera online. I called Profeel the next day to confirm the order and to modify my purchase. I was able to visit with a representative immediately and she changed my order without judgement or excess questions. She treated me with respect. Later that day, when I did not see an email confirmation of my new purchase, I called again. Just as before, my questions were immediately answered. She even remembered who I was from my call earlier in the day. Within 5 minutes of my call, an email confirmation popped up on my computer. I chose to use the express mail option, because I didn't want a digital camera to be bounced all over the U.S., and because I wanted to receive it soon.

The express shipping was inexpensive at ten dollars and the package arrived 4 days later. It was packaged securely and left suspended from my mailbox in a waterproof plastic bag. Again, I am impressed. We live in the country and many businesses will simply throw a package near our front door if it doesn't fit in our mail box. Or, they leave a note that requires pick-up at a distant routing station--while I am work the day after the attempted delivery.

Some of these discount sites are staffed with international employees who are difficult to understand, even harder to access, and who try for the "hard sell" of additional items. Not here. Profeel has been added to my favorites list. I will use them again and most certainly recommend them to my family and friends.
