I ordered a Canon Powershot G9 from Profeel and can only say that my experiences there were outstanding. As this was a new model they said it would be ten days to two weeks before delivery, which I can understand, but the camera and accessories I ordered were delivered to our home five working days after the order was placed. I might add that everything was included in the shipment that was ordered. Their accessory kits for each specific camera contain everything one needs to get started, but not overdone. I have always been hesitant to order from this type of reseller, or one that I had no knowledge of, but will be back to them for a new video camera in a short time. Their sales and customer service folks were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and easy to understand. Most of my dealings were with Sharon and I found her to be outstanding. I also talked to David and found him to be extremely helpful.
Very prompt replies to emails and prompt return of calls if a voice mail was left. Also the reviews I saw on this marketer were outstanding and I can now understand the reasoning behind them. Keep up to excellent work and many thanks.
