Reviews seemed good, but ordering wasn't what I thought it should be.

After weeks and weeks of review reading and price watching I finally decided on a camera and a place to buy it. Profeel seemed like I good store. I thought the ordering would be easy and for the most part it was. I went on-line, picked what I wanted, entered in my information and hit submit. It was after that it got tricky. The camera was ordered on Thursday on-line. After my order was placed I got an order number, no confirmation number. Then an e-mail stating that someone would contact me via phone or e-mail to confirm my order. I thought that is what this e-mail should do, but I guess you need to get another one. It is now Monday and no e-mail and no phone call. They have had two days to contact me. I am still wondering if my order is processed. Today I called the number they gave me on the e-mail just to get a machine, saying they will call me back before closing today. I wanted to hear a voice and get my questions answered. What is the point of ordering on-line if you have to call them anyway. They should just do away with their on-line ordering system and save people the hassle. When I should be excited waiting for my camera to be delivered, I am just waiting to see if the order was processed. Then I have to wait for the delivery. Not my idea of good customer service. The price seemed reasonable for the camera, but now I am not sure about ordering from this store. If I could cancel my order I probably would, but I can't get a hold of anyone. Wonder if they do that on purpose. Don't be fooled when they say 7-10 day delivery. It should be 7-10 day ordering. Overall I think if they changed their ordering process to better inform the customer of the status of their order, then it might be a good store, but I have yet to hear if I will even get my camera. I will update if I hear from them.
