I call the number off the website in hopes of determining the "in stock" status of a product - I wound up schmoozing with a delightful woman by the name of Ester .. She was well-informed, accurate and most important for me, friendly!
She answered my questions and had me off the phone with confidence in an expedient manner. If the rest of this organization is like this, I'll be doing a lot of business with them ..
In an Internet based business, it is unusual to find

Business relationships are built on rapport. To fins a customer oriented sales person in this age of out-sourcing is an important attribute in the creation of repeat business. The attribute is, in and of its self what contributes to the longevity of a company.
I am a screenwriter / director in Hollywood. Deals are make and abandon on the basis of rapport. I have seen, first hand, deals with million of dollar price tags go into the crapper simply based upon, what we will call, creative differences. Creative differences is a "code expression" for, that guy / gal is a jerk. Pro Feel as an organization fulfills the required attributes of customer oriented selling and will go far with their enterprise.
