I spent several hours researching all of the vendors before going with this company. I read all these glowing reviews and thought the ratings may be fake, however I searched for all the bad reviews and whenever someone had a bad experience, the management either fixed it or the shipper did. This was the only company that had this type of rep on the bad comments.

I ordered a $3000 plus Canon XH A1 camera and was a little disappointed not to see anything in email for several days. When I called them they sent me the original email and let me know the package was due to arrive the next day. I said do you mean ship tomorrow? No arrive.

I decided to check my Junk email and sure enough I had several emails over the previous days letting me know shipping #'s etc. Bottom line they had done everything right, and were great on the phone when I wasn't getting any emails. Package arrived the next day. Canon all USA equipment and paperwork.

Order a Canon lens from Profeel. They kept me informed with emails and phone calls. I've never had any order with so many assurances that I had actually placed the order, and when it would arrive. It arrived on time and I'm very pleased with the pictures I quickly went outside to take. I wouldn't hesitate to place another order with this company.
Was so pleased with the excellent service provided by Profeel, that I ordered a Canon 40D from them. There prices were the best I found from companies with good reviews, and their service was the best of any company I've order from on line. I was well informed and their free shipping left their store within an hour of when I ordered it. Ordered on Tuesday late afternoon, here on Friday.

I was a little skeptical at first cause I had never heard of Profeel before but after reading all the reviews and not finding a bad one I went for it cause the price of the camera I wanted was $100 less than at best buy. The transaction itself was very easy and I love the camera, it's exactly what I wanted and it's perfect, no flaws at all. I think my only complaint is that it did take a full 7 days to get the camera but the shipping was free so I guess you cant have it all. I highly recommend Profeel!

I spent several hours researching the good, the bad, and the ugly. I ended up getting my Olympus SP-570UZ camera from Profeel.com. They were the lowest price among reputable dealers. I ordered the camera on Thursday and it came on Wednesday. I paid for delivery within 5 business days and the camera arrived 4 business days later. I could have gotten free delivery but wanted it faster.

The camera came in the original box with all items from the manufacturer including the manufacturer's warranty and user manual. Though there was some damage to the outside shipping box, thanks to the packing peanuts there was no damage to the inside box much less to the camera. The camera works perfectly. I love it.

No one from the company called to try to pressure me into ordering more items. The camera arrived complete and on time. I received an email confirming my order and one containing a link to the UPS website with my tracking number. I clicked on that link to find exactly where my camera was at any time. Easy.

I will definitely use Profeel again. I'm completely satisfied with their service.

Customer service was very good. They called to let me know that the black model of camera I ordered would take a few more days to come in, but that the silver model could be shipped right out. I had the camera two days later. This was my second purchase from ProFeel - the first being 10 years ago. Sorry I overlooked them for all these years.
While their site isn't the most modern, and lacks an order status link - it did integrate very well with PayPal. Also, the nice lady who called from customer service about my order seemed very sincere and down to Earth.
I will definitely use them again, and not wait so long to place my next order!

I was looking for a Canon digital camera IS5 and found a good deal from Profeel. And very important, the customer rating for this online store is 5 star. So I put the order. The next day, I got a call from a sales agent to verify my order, and asked for an authorization form to be filled. Because the shipping address is different from the billing address. I asked store to send the camera to LA as a gift. I filled the form and sent it out by Fax and paid $9.95 to speed up the delivery. The package was then sent on Tuesday from NY and reached LA on Friday. Very quick. The package was received without a problem. And the camera was inspected and functioned normally. Everything was smooth.
The sales agent was polite and very responsible.
So I give a 5 star rating to this store. And very likely I will come back to this online store again in the future.

I had a great experience purchasing a Canon G9 camera from Profeel.

Their prices were not the absolute cheapest, but their reviews were MUCH better than the bargain basement sites. The timeline of the Profeel reviews also impressed me: the company has been around for a few years, during which their reviews have improved, not dropped off (worth checking on companies with 'good' overall scores).

My camera arrived bang on time, in line with the tracking number sent to me immediately after purchase. I only have two slight grumbles - the box was a little loosely packed (rattled around a bit, but camera works fine so no problem), and I was surprised that the delivery guy left a $500 package on the doorstep (I used the free economy ground, but live in a safe neighborhood so, again, no problem).

I have not had any reason to call them and complain, so can't comment on how contactable or responsive they are. After purchase, they encourage you to write a positive review at epionions.com and/or resellerratings.com, but I'm happy to do so because they were great.

What I call the order the Panasonic DMC FZ18, the young lady that answered the phone at Profeel was professional, courteous and honest. She took my information in a timely manner, asked me if I needed any accessories including an extra battery (without lying about the capacity of the original battery as Broadwayphoto.com did 10 pictures on a battery. Do these people think we're stupid?)I simply told her know I did not require one, and she moved on to the next item. She quickly process the order and sent a confirmation e-mail with a USPS tracking number.

After finally deciding on a new camera, a Canon SD870, I selected Profeel from Epinion's list of best prices. The ordering process was a snap from their website, as it only took a few clicks to make my selection from Profeel by using the typical "shopping cart" method.

There were absolutely no hidden charges, as the price was exactly what Profeel said it would be. Shipping was included, and the camera arrived lickety-split just days after I made the order. It was packed well and arrived in perfect condition.

As true professionals, Profeel followed up the order with a confirming e-mail. So far, I have found no reason to contact them for any service, but I am sure I would get prompt courteous attention.

I was concerned because Profeel's price was very good - almost too good. I have had some bad experiences with New York/New Jersey camera "dealers" (actually scam artists)and checked them out as best as I could. In the end, it comes down to trust. After speaking with Sharon on phone and quizzing her over and over (sorry Sharon) and checking with Canon, NY Better Business Bureau and several Google searches, I decided to purchase my lens from them. It came two days later in perfect condition with all documentation. I very happy with my purchase and I will certainly be a return customer for my next lens or camera purchase.

First let me start off that I was searching for the new Olympus stylus 1030SW camera just released. After multiple calls to other online stores and told that I must buy accesories with the camera or feeling harassed for not buying the camera I had about enough. Also them telling me that it was in stock then to find out it actually was not. I called Profeel on 3-18-08 to inquire about the camera the lady I spoke with was very nice and told me the camera was in stock and should could ship it today and it was the USA model, I was in shock and disbelief. I chose the Fuji Finepix S8000fd digital camera. Including the rebate it was the best price I could find anywhere. I entered the order on Monday, February 18. Esther called to see if I needed a camera bag or memory card. I told her I could get them locally (for less). I received my camera by UPS on Thursday, Feb. 21. The shipping was free. I was well pleased by the quick delivery. The camera works great. I'm still reading through the manual and it seems easier than I expected and I'm not a camera expert. The only thing I realize now is that you must get rechargeable NiMH batteries right away. I went through 2 packs of regular AA batteries in two days.
