A problem on my credit card caused a hiccup in the process (I'd just moved house). ProView called me up that day and we sorted it out quickly and efficiently. The Projector is amazing a Optoma DV10 (all in one dvd, sound and projector). I bought it as a stop gap until I can decide exactly how I want my home cinema to look. The thing is the DV10 is such a neat solution Im having trouble explaining to my wife what we'd get extra if we spent 5x the money. Suffice it to say, once I've persuaded her I'll be back to Proview Digital for some high end kit. In the mean time the DV10 is keeping me and the kids real happy.

ProView Digital's site worked well. Price was by far the best I found on the net, although shipping charges seemed a bit high. Delivery was quick and on time.

I am very impressed with the customer service of this company. My original selection was not available, and Elena from customer service called the manufacturer first to see if there was any available for me, and then called me the very next morning after placing the order online the night before to explain the problem. She then proceeded to help me pick out a different product. The product (refurbished)was a great deal,was in perfect condition(works fabulous)and they made sure it was shipped quickly. They also offer warranties on refurbished items.

I ordered a Sanyo PLV-Z5 projector from ProViewDigital at a price that could not be beat. It shipped promptly. When I emailed them with questions regarding the mail-in rebate from Sanyo, they were quick to respond, and told me exactly what I needed to send. I received the rebate check without problems.

I purchased a 'open box' panasonic 5000u projector from these guys. It is a huge purchase for me. Retails for $12k open box was for $3.6k. I had my doubts... Elina, the sales lady, was kinda fantastic. It is impossible to see these projectors in action before buying one (I tried everywhere in LA). She assurded me that it was the right projector for my installation. I LOVE IT!!! She was right on the money. It is nothing less than fantastic. It kicks butt on my old sony projector. They had cheap insurance for 3 years on projector and 2 years on lamp. I got them also. When I fired up the projector I was stunned to see it had only 4 hours total use time on it. Now that is a fantastic deal with great support at the company.

In my experience, I thought this was the smoothest transaction I've had in recent times. Customer service was great, order accuracy was on the money, delivery was fast and on time. Kudos to all employees who were involved. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business.

I'm very satisfied with ProView Digital. The ordering process was very easy. The projector arrived triple boxed. It arrived 4 days after I ordered it. The company answered all my e-mails immediately. I decided to return the projector (no problems, it was just not $1900 better than my old projector) and they gave me a return number with no problems (I was fully aware of their restocking fee of 15% before I ordered). I will probably be in the market for a new projector around Christmas 07, ProView Digital will be my first choice.

They were excellent. In fact, they called back after I already received the product to inform me that a manufacturers rebate came out and I was eligible for a $400 rebate! They had nothing to gain and didn't need to do that, but they earned my loyalty.
