UPS admitted to thier mistake and I was not reimbursed for the falt in thier error. Alison didn't make a very big issue out of the fact that I paid for two day air and UPS made the mistake. Other than that, Very happy with the product! Barbara Frayne

My shopping experience was very good except for one thing.--- I couldn't tell that the dumbells came in sets of two. So I ended up with 4 of ech instead of two. But don't worry because I'm giving the exctra ones to my sister for Xmas.

Product was delivered on time. There is a puncture in the bottom of the carton with product exposed. Does not appear to be damaged, but won't know for certain until opened & inspected on Christmas day.

The Skeleton wasn't what I expected because on the website it said that the skeleton was going to be 33 1/2, but i got 33 1/4. Basically I got a smaller skeleton by a quarter inch :) thats fine, no problem there. Unfortunately the occipital bone/foramen did not have as great as detail as I'd like, but overall I am very satisfied, besides the fact that my 1 year old daughter already broke poor Mr. Thrifty's right arm. :( great doing business

I would not purchase or attempt to purchase from Pro-Med again. I cancelled my order because I needed a prescription to buy a ultrasound therapy machine that you can buy anywhere else without one, which I did.

I ordered on line and had delivery set to a PO Box. The customer service department followed up with me dilingently until I was able to provide them a physical address. I was happy with how quickly the initial contact was made as well as the daily follow up. I answered Q - 2 without knowing as I have not recvd product yet. Excellent Service
