ordering the product was very easy, step-by-step precedure. But when I received the product, it was not the best shape. There was nothing in the box to revent the product from rolling and tossing and the cap was off of the one product and was all over the inside of the box. The should pack the products more compact.

The product ordered was backordered at the manufacturer which delayed shipping of the product. This was not ProMed's fault. Their customer service representative contacted the manufacturer and called me back to advise the anticipated shipping date. The shipping delay was minimal and we now have received the product ordered.

It really would have been nice if the site would have provided the UPS shipping ID so I could track the shipment through UPS. At this point all I know is that the item has been shipped, however, it has not been received yet. If I do not receive it in the next few days, I will contact the site for additional help in locating it with UPS.

good morning, i have not received my whole order as yet. i did get the cycle but have NOT received the knee brace. The tracking number was correct and part of the order came but I have had no correspondence regarding the rest of the order. I could not tell fromthe info I receivedon line that my order would not come together.Could youplease check into this and email me a response. I am awaiting a knee brace at this point. Thanks. ordered 2 products, paid $67.00 for 2 day air delivery. One product arrived in 3 days, 2ond item still not here as of this date. Emailed customer rep. inquired about 2ond item also requisted partial refund on postage. Service rep contacted me saying my other item is coming from the manufacturer about the 30th, but no mention of my shipping charges what so ever. Not a happy experience for me.

I am an art and digital media teacher in a high school magnet arts program training students in representational drawing, bone studies. This is a great bone set at a great price, which I found for much more on other sites. The kids have all noticed how "Bonetta" is stronger, more durable and proportionately different than our last on loan set, and are happily engaged in drawings, already! I did not have to send in any sort of credentials or go through gobbledy gook to get "her". and service through email was fast, convenient and easy. Thank you! we received the exerciser but we have a small problem with it. My son had a stroke and he can't keep his left foot in place.what would make it better is if there was a strap that fits across the back of the foot to hold it in place. Pro -Med carries a great variety of equipment. The price of the Bailey 7' Folding Parallel Bars - Steel Base was the best I found on the web. The only draw back was that I didn't have a tracking number and the delivery took 14 days. Never having ordered from this company before I was a little worried when it took so long. I would have been happier if I could have checked on the order myself on a website.

the product was broken. they said they'd have the manufacturer call to trouble shoot - they never called. no i'm getting the run around for a return authorization. they blow! I'm disputing charges on my amex.
