Spoke to tech support about which screen to order for our laptop. They told me what to order, and I placed the order right then. When we received the screen, it did NOT fit this model laptop at all. I called right away, but my calls and e-mails were not returned. We needed the screen so we found another vendor that found us the correct screen. I kept trying to get in touch with Priority Electronics to return the wrong screen. Finally, I succeeded and they told me they would take this screen back and look for the correct screen for us. When I told them we couldn't wait and already found the right screen, I was told we would be charged the 10% restocking fee even though THEY told us the wrong part to order!
The day after we placed this order (and unaware of the nightmare to follow), we ordered an item listed as IN STOCK on their site. Apparently, it wasn't, but they made no effort to contact us. Instead, they sent us a replacement which would NOT work for what we needed the original drive for. Again, it was like pulling teeth to get an RMA out of them. In the meantime, we found the drive we wanted elsewhere, and again I was told that we would be charged a restocking fee even though they sent us a drive we didn't order!!!
I sent both items back 2 weeks ago and they still have not credited my Mastercard! In short, we paid re-stocking fees and shipping costs for products we don't even have. And they have hundreds of collars left to credit to my card. If I don't get a credit soon, I will contact the credit card company to dispute the charges. AVOID THIS PLACE. IT'S A HEADACHE YOU DON'T NEED.
