PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!
THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE ALL TRUE.
I ordered an item, waited a week after the date of purchase to get the shipping info, and nothing.
I called 10 days after purchase date to the customer service number, (800) 331-3224, to inquire when my item would get shipped. The person who answered seemed nice but nonchalant about the fact that Opps, the item isn't in stock...and who knows when it will ever be. It seemed like she already expected my call of complaint.
Well i expected this because I found this site with the negative reviews after I had purchased my item....Man, do I feel stupid for not researching this site first.
Well I immediate asked for a refund and she told me it would get processed that same day. Well that was 3 days ago and I have yet to see the refund back into my Paypal.
MORAL OF THE STORY:
Do NOT BUY FROM PRIORITY ELECTRONICS!!!!
IF YOU HAPPEN TO JUST LOVE THE RISK OF GETTING ROBBED, AT LEAST CALL AHEAD TO SEE IF THE ITEM YOU WANT IS IN STOCK...WHICH MOST LIKELY WON'T BE.
STAY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL SELLER THAT POSTS THAT IT HAS MERCHANDISE WHEN THEY KNOW BETTER THAT THEY DON'T.
