My overall experience was very good. The chat feature is a real convenient feature that is very useful. This saved a lot of time because I was able to do other things at my computer and not have to wait on hold on the phone. However, when I did call in, I did not have to wait very long and I was always able to talk to someone. Each time I needed to chat or call, each operator was very informative.

I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet for my wife from primestyle. Looking for a good deal I decided to try them and as it seems you get what you pay for. Half price also means half quality. The quality is not as they say. The diamonds are yellow and hardly sparkle compared to my wifes retail bought 3 stone diamond pendent with the exact same cut clarity and color ratings. The white gold chain had 4 kinks in it where 4 to 5 links are locked in place. Looks stiff on her wrist it just doesnt drape as they should. Just a few more locked links and its almost a bangle. Never again. Sad part is that I read all the negative reviews and still decided to shop at primestyle. Im a guy what can you say. I thought I would be one of the lucky ones.

I ordered a bracelet on the December the 4th and 15 days later it hasn't been shipped. Customer service is a nightmare: they do not respond to email, and when I telephone they say that shipping will call me back (which they never do), or that the bracelet will be shipped that day (which it isn't). I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

UPDATE: It's the 29th of December and we finally received the bracelet. I must say it looks really nice. Although it's not a Christmas present any more...

I received a a beautiful diamond ring from primestyle but my wife liked a different style. They were very cooperative and issued an immediate refund. I then purchased a new ring from them and now my wife is the happiest.

primestyle.com is simply a dishonest company. they do not honor their return policy. they do not return emails. they do not return phone calls. they are rude. and once they have your credit card number, forget it, you won't get your money back. avoid this company. their products are not of high quality, nor is their service, or anything about them. they are one step away from being a complete scam.

My partner & I have been looking for a very long time for the perfect ring. We visited Paris in October hoping to find something there but nothing caught our eye and the prices were very over the top.

We began to loose hope of finding "THEE" ring until we began looking online. After crawling through site upon site of uninspiring over priced rings we finally came to Prime Style and all faith was restored! We found the exact style of ring we were looking for and in platinum (most sites only offered 14k white gold).

We were blown away by the price and originally thought that the diamonds came at an extra price. When the ring arrived we couldnt believe how stunning it was and we would just like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Prime Style for an amazing ring and for such high levels of customer service we will definitly be back and will recommend you to all our friends and family!

I was very satisfied with my engagement ring, from primestyle. I recieved a round solitare with 8 channel set side stones 1.45 tw. The side stones were slightly smaller than I expected, but the ring was still beautiful, and the diamonds are bright and brilliant. However, the customer service was just average. My ring appraised for 2 times what my fiance paid for it. Overall, I give them an 8/10.

6ct diamond bracelet - I couldn't ask for more...
Price - was appraised locally @ 3 times what paid.
Customer service - each department gave the answers to my questions when asked.
Item was shipped within 5 days as expected.
By buying directly from primestyle (the factory) I was able to save amazing $. I already told two of my friends who are looking to get engagement ring and will spread the word.

When ordering an engagement ring it's a big deal in Life. I looked around but nothing great available. It was mentioned to me try Primestyle.com from a friend. I was not sure about an internet company but gave it a try. I could not beleive the selection , pricing and the return policy.. I gave it a try at worst I return it and get my money back.I ordered it on a Tuesday and got it that Thursday... The hours before I got it I was nervous what if it doesn't get here on time for my planned proposal..Well Thursday came on time and it exceeded my expectation of a beautiful 1.95 carat diamond rings just like they stated....I love the ring and so will my girlfriend soon to be wife. I will definately without hestitation buy my wedding bands at Primestyle.com

I just want to say that my experience with Primestyle was excellent. I ordered a emerald diamond platinum wedding set and it was better than I imagined. It has such a sparkle to it and no flaws to the naked eye. It came promptly. David, the Rep. I worked with was very helpful with any questions and concerns I had since I was concerned at first of ordering something so valuable online. He was great and I would refer Primestyle to anyone.

I was very happy with the engagement ring I got from them. The quality was good and someone who had a similar ring from Tiffany's thought it was from there. I would highly recommend their products. I was skeptical at first, but when I opened the box, I knew the deal was wonderful.

I was really apprehensive about purchasing a diamond ring on a website but I am so glad I did. I had not seen these reviews before I purchased the ring and I am happy I did not as they are not exactly positive. The ring I received was fabulous! I don't know if the appraisal is entirely accurate as it's way more than I paid for the ring but the ring itself was worth every penny.

Over all I am happy that I brought my girlfriend's engagement ring from Primestyle. My delivery arrived quickly but please keep in mind that Primestlye takes about 3-5 days before shipping out any product. Customer service is fair and the ring was exactly as described. My 0.95 caret ring was a great deal for only $658.00. I am happy that I didn't spend not a dime more at a Jewelry store. Most Jewelers were asking for $1,100-$1,300 for a very similar ring. But if you really want a perfect jewelry product maybe you should consider going somewhere else because the gold ring I received is "Pretty Good." And the diamonds are beautiful and perfect. But you do get more than you pay for so i say go for it if you are looking for something really good.

Do your homework before you buy; especially how big of a caret you're buying and what's the diamond quality.

My experience with Primestyle.com was truly amazing. In the world we live in today, many times customer service is often an afterthought. Not so with Primestyle. My order was processed and my ring was delivered within a few days. In addition in my particular case my wife to be decided to change her ring to another style with only a few days until our wedding. Primestyle quickly reprocessed our order and shipped our new ring in time for our ceremony. As far as merchandise, for the price I paid both rings were two of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I now consider Primestyle the front runner of jewelry merchants for any purchase considerations I may have in the future.

I purchased a ring from Primestyle.com. My item was to be delivered via express next day, it took 4 days. When I did receive it the band was larger on one side then the other and very noticeable. I tried to contact Primestyle.com everyday day 5-6 times a day for over a week without any response. I finally talked with a customer service rep. on the phone explained the problem and he told me he would email me a return label. Its been 6 days since I spoke to the c.s. rep. and I still have not received a return label. I would not recommend Primestyle.com to anyone. They do not honor their customer satisfaction guarantee or return policy.The quality of the merchandise isn't that great and the c.s. is far worse.

BEWARE of purchasing anything from this company. I have been unable to return an unsatisfactory diamond bracelet (dark stones). Primestyle won't answer my emails and won't give me a Return Authorization Number over the phone to return the bracelet. I have reported them to the BBB and Federal Trade Commission.
