Fast shipping, very accurate description. I bought some earrings from Prime Style, they arrived quickly and securely. They are beautiful 3 diamond white gold earrings, they came with an appraisal of color, cut and clarity from Prime Style valued at $2200 and I just had them appraised at a reputable jewelery store here in town and they agreed with everything on my appraisal from Prime Style. Now I am going to pick out my anniversary ring! I am definitely shopping with them again and I have to give them an A+ for honesty and accuracy! Thanks so much!

A very disreputable company. Check the product that your actually get vs. the one shown on the web site. It will be different and inferior. They did this 2 times to me on the same order and then when I returned it the second time, again because they sent and inferior cheaper piece of jewelry, they would not refund my money. It took numerous calls with the credit card company and months of headache. I finally got all but about $ 50.00 returned as they still charged me for the shipping. Real crooks, very dishonest, they play al;l these games about why they can't refund, and make you stand on your head... DO NOT do business with this company.. No vendetta just please learn from my mistake...

Primestyle.com ships fast, and easy to shop but these reasons shouldn't be enough for you to make a purshace from them.

If you decide to buy from PrimeStyle.com I advise you to consider it 4 more times. You will know what I am saying if you get your primestyle diamond jewelry appraised.

I don't believe at the certificate they send for the diamond, they are inaccurate. You can check the older reviews and you will see that I am not making it up. All people who get their jewelry apprasised face the same consequences. The color and the clarity of the stone comes up to be less than what they say. I think this is the reason why they can sell for less compared to other online stores.

I dont trust primestyle, be considered before you make your purchase. If you think that you will get your money back, you should be prepared to wait almost for 2 months.

I loved the ring I ordered from primestyle. I spoke to about 2 or 3 different girls and they were all nice and helped when they could. However, the man I spoke to (the manager apparently) was very rude, and short with me. He didn't seem to care about my concerns and never answered any calls. He also never returned my calls. I'm not sure if I would shop there again because I would hope the manager would be more customer friendly.

I bought my wife a anniversary ring from PrimeStyle. I was unsure if this was the real deal because the prices were too low compared to out discount jewelers on the internet. I was pleasantly surprised when I took my new purchase to my local jewlery store and saw almost the same ring, with the same setting, and even the same clarity, for $3400 more than I paid. My wife, who was with me, was very impressed with me. I have since hidden the credit card statement ;)

She found Primestyle.com, and almost instantly was intrigued with their beautiful selection and decided to order a new set of rings with real diamonds. BAD BAD customer service! I had been looking at a ring on their website and actually added to the cart The company sent me an email stating they recognized that I put this in my cart and offered me $30 off + a free shipping upgrade, but that I had to order by phone. I couldn't get anything but voicemail for 2 straight days. I was told by Lisa that I could place the order and have CS ref the $30- well, guess what- David (who I believe is the owner) has backed out of the offer, since I purchased the product. He said he would take care of it. When I didn't see the ref a week later, he said, you don't qualify. I asked if he even cared about his csts and he said, "nope"! The diamond description was almost colorless and it has a lot of yellow in it. I will never buy from them again.

My husband placed an order for a 3.6ct eternity ring on a Wednesday and it arrived in England 1 week later. He bought it for me for our 20th wedding anniversary and it is absolutely gorgeous. Few days after receiving my future wife's engagement ring I contacted them and requested to replace the item with a different style she preferred. I placed and order for a three stone 1.90 emerald cut ring with this company and when my ring was shipped the USPS web site continued to say they had only received shipping information for nearly 4 weeks. When I tried to go online and do a "live chat" I was told repeatedly that someone would be with me and no one ever was. My emails regarding this were never returned, and when we finally called them they insisted that they had sent the ring and we were "believing what we wanted to believe." I do have an APO address so the slow shipment is understandable, I finally got the ring and am very disappointed with it. All three of the emerald cut diamonds have a very visible black spot in them. Their return policy is nearly impossible to adhere to, you can not have worn the jewelry (heaven forbid it's the wrong size) so I'm out of almost $3,200.

My husband purchased a 4CT anniversary band for me recently. I live in Norway, and must say that they delivered the ring in less than a week.

I have not taken the ring to be appraised by a neutral jeweler yet, but by looking at it I have to confess, it sparkles more than my 2.76 engagement ring that is supposed to have a better clarity and color.

I am quite satisfied with my ring and would recommend Primestyle to my friends. However when reviewing other comments, it seems the problems arise when you are not satisfied. Quess I was just luck this time.
