It is hard to believe that this company is still in business.  Their rings are cheap and you get what you pay for.  After many months and headaches, two inferior rings returned, a complaint with my credit card company and BBB, they refunded my money.  They never did reimburse me for the orginal shipping costs or the shipping for getting the bad rings back to them. 

With the bad economy, many reputable jewelers locally are willing to give good discounts.  Take the time to drive there and see the diamonds in person.  Most of all, STAY AWAY FROM PRIMESTYLE

The overall experience I had when shopping with primestyle was very positive and I was satisfied.  They have an incredible selection of jewelry with unique styles that apply to the not so ordinary people as myself and I am enjoying my piece very nicely.  Customer service representative were polite and answered my every question.  I will recommend for future purposes, in the event a shipment is delayed, they should notify you.  I had to call to find out what happened to the product after I had received a shipment confirmation stating I was to receive my product in a couple days.  It took almost 2weeks to get the item I bought.  When you are spending alot of money, that is not a very nice feeling to have if you didn't get what you buy in the time period given.  Despite my disappointments on the shipping end of things, everything thing else went well and I have actually recommend your website to a few of my friends and comrads

I recently ordered two rings, separately, and on both occasions, the order was accurate - size etc. - and was delivered to the right address, within in short time.  As I live in Spain, any delivery to the correct address is a miracle!  The whole process was excellent and I would be very happy to use the service again.  Also I am more than happy with the products.

Hi, At first I was skeptical about ordering online. I've been hunting for a wedding band for months and I couldn't choose one. I decided to go online and when I visited your website I fell in love with your prices, then I saw this beautiful ring which captivated my eyes. Although I loved the ring, I was afraid that it would look different upon arrival. To my surprise, not only that it came within a week but it was a unique piece, beautiful, different and pleasing to my taste. It sparkled! WOW!  The clarity and specifics were all perfect, as it was describe in your website. I am totally satisfied. Great Delivery service (fast and efficient), order was perfect, the on line rep was very helpful in her suggestions and product knowledge. I was extremely satisfied with my overall experience.  I had some difficulty paying with paypal, but I think that had more to do wit PayPal than Primstyle.  My engagement ring arrived just on time and in a beautiful box (which I still have).  I have referred Primestyle to a number of my friends who are looking at engagement rings and good deals.  I am planning on purchasing my wedding band from you in the near future, your prices and quality are fantastic.  Thank you so much!

I ordered a 1 carat (1.8 total weight) center stone ring from primestyle.com
Like everyone I was extremely hesitant with ordering from an online website and was scared s***less everyday I waited for the ring to show up.
Instead of sending the ring to my work address like I requested they sent to my home address (must have gotten from my credit card when they called to verify) but that was quickly fixed with FedEx.
The ring is AMAZING!!! I paid $3600 Canadian and it was appraised from a 3rd party for $11,000 Canadian! My fience loves it!

P.S. - Don't listen to those crappy reviews, keep in mind there's always going to be someone complaining who no matter what will never be happy. Just ignore them and order it, you wont regret it! (just verify the address w/ FedEx after :)
