BEWARE!!!! PRIMESTYLE HAS THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY!

My fiance purchased a 1ct engagement ring and paid for overnight shipping. Nothing about the order was honored. The ring arrived 2 days late. The diamond was cheap and horrible looking even to the naked eye. The clarity ordered was H and the ring was so yellow and carbon spots were clearly visible to the naked eye even though we ordered and paid for SI1-SI2. We had it appraised and our suspicions were confirmed, the quality was poor. We returned the ring and still have not received a replacement. I read all the other bad reviews and i have no confidence in primestyle to send us the ring we paid for. It is a horrible experience as it has put a damp on our engagement.
Not to mention the non existent customer service that i suspect is run by 3 people. They are all rude!  I am surprised that this company has not been shut legally. I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of. I know that as i type this there are still people buying from this on line store and it makes me sick that it is allowed to continue.

PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PURCHASE IN QUALITY. I suspect the good reviews were written by the same three people who do everything else. Please, anyone who has already purchased should have an independent appraisal done. I hope every customer with genuine complaints about prime style would report them to BBB and Federal Trade Commission.
