Do not shop here!!  I ordered an engagement ring that was SUPPOSED to be H-I color.  I asked for overnight delivery, 10 days in advance of when I was going to ask my girlfriend to marry me.  It took 10 days for them to process the order and send it and numerous calls for me to get them to send it to me on time.  I was going to ask her on our anniversary.  When it got here, I was so disappointed.  The diamonds were yellow, and not FANCY yellow, but faded yellow that made the ring look cheap.  I took it to two jewelers to get appraised...both stated the diamonds' color quality varied from M to R-S.  When I contacted the online customer service, the woman named Lisa was rude and told me she was too busy on the phone helping other cusotmers out to help me and that I needed to wait or call on the phone.  When I stated maybe they needed to hire more people in customer service to help all the customers if she was too busy, she stated "We will during this recession. Thank you."  Then she disconnected our online conversation.  When I got her back online, I finally got the instructions to return my purchase and was told that David was the head of customer service and the owner but he was unavailable to assist me.  They haven't contacted me since except to send automatic email responses to my numberous inquiries as to where is my refund.  I'm still fighting with them for my money.

Their delivery was not on time, their product was WAY below what they promised, their customer service is horrible and rude.
