You SHOULD listen to those crappy reviews! Ring was 10 diamonds short, fake appraisals, horrid customer service! My husband purchased my rings in October of 08. They arrived in a very timely manner, but I am one who knows my diamonds and knew immediatly these were not good. The diamonds were 10 diamonds short from  their website description, and from the description on the appraisals. The white gold was soooo thin I knew it would not last long. The under galley of the rings were so horrid, and I could actually see bent...or flattened prongs around some of the diamonds. I took it to MY jeweler and he highly advised I return them ASAP. He backed up everything I just described. I did EVERYTHING possible to reach this company to obtain a RA number to return and could get no response. I even got on live chat with Lisa one evening and she cut me off as soon as she realized I was their to try to get a return authorization and was not there to purchase. I finally got in touch with our credit card company and sent them EVERY email and documented note I had where I had tried so hard to reach these people. My credit card company reversed all charges when THEY could not even get a response from this company. THEN, 2 mos later they finally send a RA number when they realized they had gotten a chargeback. Was 4 mos. in the making from start to finish. You really DO have to take into consideration...alot of the old reviews and even some of the newer ones. You just have to be one of the lucky ones. By the way, we paid over 3000.00 for the rings? My jeweler said they were worth maybe a little over half that. Diamonds were not the clarity or even the size as described.  Take your chances if you want to....just hope it does not happen to you.
