I was slightly dubious about the savings advertised so had the journey pendant valued in England which came in (verbally) at £1,300 (approx $2,500). Currently waiting for the paperwork to arrive so I can check that what I ordered and what has arrived are the same. I had already paid for an independent valuation via Primestyle which came in at nearly $5,500. I paid just over $1,200 so, yes there are savings to be had, but apparently not as great as advertised. Also, there wasn't any customer service to speak of. I wanted the item delivered to my work address, which they could only do if I added this address to my credit card. I did this, but they still couldn't deliver there. At this point I tried to cancel the order (monies already taken from my credit card even though they hadn't confirmed a delivery address), as I couldn't guarantee anyone being at home to sign for the item, and was concerned that this could affect the 15 day returns policy. They then took it upon themselves to deliver the item to my home address (having ignored all of my e-mails). Delivery, however was swift and as promised and fortunately I had already booked the day off work. so was actually around to sign for the goods. Feeling slightly unhappy the the savings weren't as large as expected, but hopefully won't have to return the goods as I suspect getting a refund could prove difficult. Also the uncertainty of the whole transaction would put me off using Primestlye again.
