The minor delay was UPS fault as they destroyed the first shipment, but the company was very quick to rectify the situation and shipped a new unit out with just a minor delay.

I e-mailed the company after no one answered their 800 number. The auto response stated I would get a response to my inquiry within 5 days. I never heard back from the company. This is NO way to do business. The product seems to be working as advertised, however; the customer service section of this company is crap. My question still goes unanswered.

I ordered the product on Thursday evening and it arrived the next Monday. We were in no particular hurry to receive it but thought the service was fast. It was packed very well in new shipping box and arrived in excellent condition. It was easy to navigate their website, easy to order, shipping info wasn't as clear as I'd like but the item arrived when they said it would. It works great (we've only used it once so far) but when it arrived the reservoir cap was broken. That didn't prevent us from using the pressure washer but I was disappointed.

As I was purchasing a power washer for the first time and had a "must do" project in addition to more normal jobs, I wasn't sure which type or washer to buy. After speaking with the staff at Pressure Washers Direct, I knew what I was doing. The staff knew their product inside and out and never indicated that they were frustrated with my lack of knowledge in the area. I would definitely buy from PWD again and will recommend them to friends.

My only complaint was when I tried to complete the product registration on-line as the enclosed registration form said I could. However, the product number was not listed at that site. I e-mailed the help line and was told they were just distributors and I had to go to the company that manufactured the product to register the purchase. I finally just mailed the completed form in since the only company on the pressure washer was the company I emailed in the first place. Very frustrating!
