This was my first purchase from Pressure Washers Direct and the experience was outstanding. The pressure washer was delivered on time and was in excellent condition upon delivery. I would highly recommend your company and in fact a co-worker is in the process of purchasing the exact pressure washer. Thanks for the experience.

My pressure washer was an out of the BOX failure. The hose connection is wrong for the fitting on the pump. Pressure washers.com is working with Briggs for a replacement unit. It has been two weeks and I have talked with the rep @ PW.com several times (Robin Holder)1-877-256-9069. Briggs I believe has us on the back burner because of the Generator crisis in Florida. But I have a unit I paid for in my garage that I can not use waiting on a replacement. I will not rate this experience good at the moment. Ordered a C&H Reconditioned 2300 power washer. Got a 2200. That wasn't a "show-stopper" and was close enough for my intended use. It would probably be a good idea to point out that you might get a 2200 OR 2300 when ordering the C&H recon. Ordered it on a Monday and it was waiting for me Friday when I got home from work. Excellent! Product is great. I wasn't too crazy about tracking my purchase on the website; as it didn't provide any REAL information. I was sent an email that it was delivered 2 days after I had gotten it and had 10 hours clocked on it. Overall, I would shop them again. Hey, I saved money (no shipping cost or taxes), it showed up in 5 days, and I got a great factory recon pressure washer that I would have never considered paying full retail for new. It's all good.

Haven't used the washer as yet. It came well packaged. Looks like new with excellent instructions for operating the unit. Looking forward to hooking it up this weekend. If it does all it's supposed to do I'm a happy camper without being under 'pressure'

I am pleased with the product and the service from the supplier. I have used my washer seceral times so far and it operates as advertised. Electric washers are notorious for breaking down and I have no long term experience with this one yet, but all indications point to good quality and design.

Funny you should send this e-mail today. Only 2/3 the order placed was sent. I have not yet receiced the third item of this order NOR was there any explanation as to why it was not sent, where or where the item is now. My credit card was charged for three items! I was pleased with the quick service . But it was only 2/3 the items of the items are here. All items were shipped seperately.

It took longer than expected to receive the power washer and one of the wheel covers was cracked in two places. (Not a major problem.)Customer service tracked the shipment for me twice and responded very quickly to my inquiries.

Purchase was easy, but I never recieved a reciept upon purchase or with the delivered item. I was missing some parts to the item and requested them online in two differnet areas, and after sending the serial # model # I was asked for these same numbers again (which could've been retrieved by your customer service dept. from the outbound order)...which was so annoying that I didn't respond and got the parts myself. There were also no instruction with the item they had to be downloaded online which was not convenient.

The Karcher 2400 unit works very well. I am very satisfied. However, the condition of the shipping carton caused some concerns. It was dented, and punctured in a couple of places. The pressure washer inside seemed to be fine though. One metal plate on the washer is bent out of position, but this does not affect the proper functioning of the washer. Thank you.

The use of the Web Site was fine. Would have liked a little more detail provided with the items but by comparing other sites I pretty much knew what I was ordering. I was a little upset however when I walked into BJ's a week later and they had the same item for $99 less ($299 vs $398). I had checked BJ's prior to ordering and all they had at that time was the smaller electric models which I didn't want. Guess I just ordered a week too soon.

Package was shipped UPS and was received in a box that was damaged. Upon further investigation I discovered a part was either omitted or lost in delivery. The pressure washer was also dented (cosmetic damage) but I kept it as I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the item. Because of the missing part I had to wait an additional week before I could use my machine as it took a week for the replacement part to arrive. Also, whereas I had the unit shipped to my office the missing part was shipped to my residence! Overall I was not that pleased and I have told others of my experience.

When I received my merchandise, it had obviously been damaged in transit. I reported the damage to the carrier, and within a few days I received a phone call and an email from Pressure Washers Direct asking how I would like to proceed. Tracking of multiple shipments was not easy. Items that appeared in the "people who bought this item also bought" field were not necessarily compatible with the washer purchased......I had to return one item.
