the first unit was a used one...it came 9in an unsealed box, with palstic gathered around the bottom of the unit, and the styrofoam cracked, and white gunk on elect cord. I called, and "Steve" arranged a ups pickup and reshipped me a new one. Thus I finally rec'd a proper unit a week later than I should have.

The first attempted use of the washer, it did not function. I sent an e-mail to the company, and they replyed by telling me to work it out with the manufacturer's warranty, instead of taking it back and sending me another one as a brick and morter store would have done. Now, one month ofter I should have had a working product, I'm chasing repair centers.

In reference to receiving the product in "good condition" I can only say at this time that the box appears to be undamaged. We have not yet opened the box to inspect the condition of the contents as we have been away. We hope to open the contents this coming weekend. Thank you,

The ordering process was pretty typical and fairly easy to complete on-line. The feed back information to the customer after the order was placed was less than adequate. The only information available for the first week was "processing". When the order status changed from "processing" to "shipped" I received no tracking information at all. I didn't know where it was shipped from or how long it would take to arrive at my location. I think this is inconsiderate because it ties you down at home because you don't want to miss the delivery. If I had had a tracking number it would not have been a problem. I had ordered two different items from two different retailers on-line at the same time that I ordered this item and both of those items arrived fully a week before the item from this company and there was no problem receiving a tracking number from the other two vendors.

Parts did not fit and two of them broke (plastic) Need to glue them to keep them on the machine. Otherwise looks good. Have not used it yet.

UPS delivered a damaged product, a presure washer, that I ordered and UPS. has corrected this matter by picking up my package and sending it back to sender. I can say there has been excellent service in taking care of this matter so far with UPS and the sender. I sure this matter will reach a final satisfactory resolution when the sender Power Direct can expect the damage of this package. Mr. Ron Ravatt

We received our 1800 psi pressure cleaner about one week after shipment. Arrived packaged very well, double boxed. Cleaned a pool patio today that was covered with green mold, we are in Florida. It was actually fun and very rewarding. I hooked up my Ipod and started spraying. It was like applying paint as you can see the green turn to white Point and shoot. The spray was strong enough to reach 10-15 feet without a ladder. I previously had a Walmart unit for $99.00. It died after several applications. I'm hoping this unit will last many years and keep on power spraying.

These people are amazing. Great website, great help, great price, great delivery -- and great humans to support! I reviewed alternatives on their website, and the process was extremely easy. I generated four finalist power washers, and then I phoned to ask questions. The individual that answered (with no wait) answered every question directly, provided additional insight, and then directed me to a better product at a $75 savings form what I was leaning towards.
