Very Positive Experience with Ordering from PB (Furniture)

I purchased the Hudson Bedroom set (Bed, Mattress, Night Tables, Mirror and Extra Wide Dresser), as well as the Addin Leather Sofa (2), the Map Console, Map Coffee Table, and the Bedford Corner office desk, Bedford small office desk and matching arm chair. Everything except for the Bedford set was shipped with their "white glove" service.

Everything from Pottery Barn arrived on time and in good condition. The delivery people were friendly and quick wiht setting up the items. I had originally ordered the Hudson Armoire but that could not fit in the narrow staircase to the second floor, so they told me that upfront and I was able to "decline" the delivery. PB credited my account very promptly and even apologize for the fact that the armoire did not fit, even though it was not their fault.

When the Bedford set arrived via UPS, my husband and I are not very handy folks, so it took us a while to put it all together but once we did, we really liked the quality of the pieces.

Overall, I felt that the items purchased were of good quality, arrived in a timely manner, and that their white glove delivery service was up to standard.
