I have ordered numerous things from Pottery Barn Online.
Master bedroom, toddler's bed linens and nursery decor and
bedding, as well as dishes, home decor and bathroom towels
and decor. I cannot find better quality for the price
anywhere. With such a convenient web site that is so
easily navigated I would not dare order from anywhere
else!

I consider myself an "At Home Diva", besides my kids...and
husband of coarse, decorating and making my house feel
like a home is my passion! Pottery Barn Online helps me
do this. There are beautiful pictures online of their
products that help and inspire you in your home. The
descriptions of the products are detailed and exact. The
prices are extremely reasonable and the products are
classic.

The best part is the service, they are so quick to solve
any problems and they never second guess the customer. I
ordered a set of classic white dishes with all of the
serving accessories, etc. Well I had about 800.00 worth
of merchandise and no telling how many boxes of things and
one of the large serving dishes was broken (no fault of
Pottery Barn, I'm sure it was the handling service)
Anyways I called the service department to report it and
place another order and they insisted on sending me
another to replace it and just told me to throw the broken
one in the trash. Not only did they replace it but they
over nighted it to me! That kind of service is RARE!
They never questioned me, I could have just been calling
and saying it was broken just to get a free one out of
it. Of coarse I would never do that, but some companies
make you feel like a criminal if you have a problem with
one of their products, they are always quick to pin the
blame on you so they are not held responsible.

I just really have a lot of respect for Pottery Barn
Online after that experience. And don't you just love
their stuff, its so classic and has a simple yet modern
elegance to it. Some of it does seem pricey, but when I
receive it I am always surprised by the quality. For
example, their bath towels are marvelous. They are so
thick and luxurious, I recommend everyone get them :) at
least one. There is nothing like nice sheets and towels.

Another good thing about Pottery Barn Online is the sale
section. You have to catch it quick because they run out
fast but they have some wonderful deals when you do catch
them, sometimes 70% off!

Pottery Barn Online is a great place to shop, it is easy
to navigate and you will get wonderful products for
reasonable prices and excellent service!
