I purchased a large blue dinosaur bank and a large green dinosaur bank a couple of years ago from a crafter at a kiosk, set up at a mall for the Christmas holiday, for my grandsons and they just love it. However, I could not locate this crafter again when my latest grandson was born, so I searched online and found that PorterHouseCrafts had them. I was so pleased to find them. I just wish that they would paint the child's name on the foot of the dinosaur like the crafter at the mall did. These banks are so wonderful and so unique, and the children love feeding the dinosaurs with coins. I believe it is a great way to teach young children to save.

I was amazed at how quickly I receievd my order and how nicely it was wrapped. It also looks to be of beautiful quality and I looked at a lot of online letter openers! Just an additional note - although it did not diminish the quality of the gift I purchased or how impressed I was with the speed and gift wrapping, I did not find the website quite as visually appealing as many others I have visited (the font, the green hills (?), etc.). I ware another bracelet made by the same artist that I bought in Hawall a few years ago. I love it and it works great on the problem in my thumb. I now have the same problem in my left thumb. I could have received free shipping, but paid a premium for second day error. Disappointingly, I did not receive the item on the second day, and when I left a message for Porter House, they did not return my phone call. Every other experience I have had with Porter House, besides this one, has been outstanding.

Purchase done on-line as a gift. I liked the ability to have it wrapped with a note attached to the gift. I have not received a paper invoice and hope it was not shipped to the delivered address.

Fabulous. The gifts were even wrapped, which I had not requested and not paid for. I had to open one of the boxes to determine the recepient! My 7 year old niece was quite pleased with her gifts, and I was pleased with the prompt and thorough attention to my order.

Only problem was accurately describing the dimensions of the box. Most important imformation to the consumer is knowing the inside dimensions and not the outside since we need the space to stuff whatevers in it.

The Porter House has always been one of my favorite destinations when in Manchester. Since I have not been able to visit in person recently, I was glad to see they had established a website. The site is easily navigated, has great photos of every item and excellent descriptions. Shipping has been free for the recent purchases I have made and is very quick. And Ann Porter always includes a personal note in every package I've received. Keep up the good work!
