Purchased a pair of chanel sunglasses, it was lower than in the local retail store. The item came complete with box case cloth and documentation. It also had a serial number on the lens so i know that it is authentic. Product came fast and packed very well. I will never buy glasses at a retail store again. The company does price matches so if you see a pair cheaper elsewhere you can give them a call and they will match the price. I saved over $100 and had my pair at my door after only a few days. In general I was a little iffy about buying glasses online since I was not sure about authenticity and the fit, but this particular store has a great return policy in which you can exchange without a fee as many times as you want, I guess I got lucky and the first pair I ordered fit perfectly so I never had to return it. I already recommended this site to all my friends. They also offer a 2 year extended warranty for only $10 I didn’t purchase it but its nice to know that it is available and the company really stands behind their product.
