I really was excited about ordering from the Popeil Family Store but they dropped the ball big time. After 15 days, I still can't get an answer rather I'm getting my order or not. They promised me a call back today with tracking info which never happened. I also called last week with no success. I'm very disappointed for my first purchase. All they had to do is tell me if it was back ordered or not, but they haven't done that yet either. The communication is very poor with my experience so far. Too bad, I was looking forward to order other products in the near future.

Wow! The product was at our door in two days after ordering! We are very pleased with the product as it is everything it is said to be. It works great, the food comes out great and the (clean up is fantastic). However, we thought with our deluxe package there would be kabob rods? We haven't looked into this fully, but the kabob rods was one of the reasons we ordered the deluxe package and it was disapointing that they were not in the box. All in all we are very happy with the actual product and enthusiastic about what to make next on our new rotisserie. We love it.
