I ordered three rotisseries for the three kids for christmas. They told me they were backordered for another week which was fine. They kept me me informed and they were shipped before the backorder date and received in all three places on time in good order.
One recommendation would be to have a place (like Penneys does) that you can order three and have them shipped to three places rather than place three separate orders which took more time but everything was handled great and I would do it again.

When I ordered online, it said that if the product was on backorder, that would be shown on the website - it wasn't. Then I had to call to see why I had not received my order and was told it was on backorder. No phone call or email to let me know it was on backorder.

I found it was good. Although the cooker was a gift and sent directly to the recipient, I found the experience good. The package price I received was better than the official Ron Popeil website price.

I bought a small rotisserie from their company several years ago and have been extremely pleased. I needed more of the Elastic Poultry Ties, went to the internet site and ordered them. They were here in about 3 days. You cannot beat that!!! I would not be afraid to encourage anyone in need of one of their products to buy it from the Popeil Family.

Had to return the item -- I ordered the wrong size and you did not have the size I needed. However, I went online and ordered the correct item and for 1/2 the price from Ronco. I paid $6.oo for the item from Ronco and $11.95 from Popeil. I wonder why.

Highly frustrating.
I had to go to another merchant and order the exact product directly.
I ordered the product over the internet for a friend who lives inLA.,I live in Australia. I used an international m/card. I have made many purchases this way in the past. The Popiel family store was unable to fulfill the order as my card was not a card with a US card holder. This is a rediculous situation when products are advertised on the world wide web. It was time consuming to work through the order with no warnings that purchasing was only avail to US residents. I sent several emails finally requesting that it was passed onto a supervisor, I have never heard from them again. The whole thing was unbelievable as it was to be delivered in the same city as the store!
