I orderd a six star knife and block set in november for a christmas gift,Later I was told by e mail that I was on back order.I since have seen the infomercial on TV,How can they advertise something that they dont even have,I am still waiting and its been a month. very easy page to follow ounce I could find it. I saw the add for the rotisserie and saw the gloves and wanted them ever since.but could'nt find them anywere I tried all kinds of sights about the rotisserie and other items sold on tv. But the gloves were never on those sights. or I just could'nt find them. I'm glad that I finally found them. eventhough I still haven't received them yet but they should arrive soon, I received an e-mail that said it shipped. thank you

UPS was a disaster and reflected very badly on your store. They were incompetent - making only 2 attempts and then promising me the product on 5 separate occasions (and not showing up). Every time I called UPS they had lost all information from my previous calls, had no idea who I was or later why my package took 12 days to get to me from the date it was first delivered. They were unprofessional and made me certain I will NEVER shop with a store on-line who uses them. Too bad as the Popeil Family store service was excellent. FIRE UPS.
