Ordered a Pentair IntelliFlo 4x160 VS pump from them. They did not have the lowest price on the net, but close to the lowest price when you included shipping. They had a solid history with very good feedback and a decent return policy. Many of the other sites did not return calls or emails. Helpful with the order, although they had a different internet price, then their catalogue/site, I had to call to get the lower price. So check your pricing carefully. Otherwise quick shipping and delivered as specified. Definitely recommended if the price is right. Great pool pump for those that are energy conscious, lowered my pool electricity costs by 60%, and it is significantly quieter then the single speed it replaced.

Product arrived extremely fast. However, when I filled the tubes, two of the six water tubes leaked. Last year a couple leaked as well. The hassle to send back the product for replacement isn't worth the cost. I will not use this merchant again.

I purchased the leaf net for my above ground pool because I have alot of trees around my yard and when there are storms there are leafs and it was hard to keep them out of the pool. I want to say it fits perfectly and works great it makes it so much easier to keep the pool leaf and debree free

The only complaint I would have would be communication. I asked a question thru email 2 weeks ago and never recieved any response. This does not help the probe pool owner. I needed advice and had to turn to Leslies Pools. I purchased product from them for this reason.

I ordered 2 spa filters and got 2 filters with the bottom keyed. I ordered a male end 1 1/2 in with the semi-circle top 6in x 8in - 8 1/4in. I called and was told that they would send me adapters to fit. I still haven't received them yet. I would have preferred to hae gotten the filters I originally ordered. The male-end instead of this keyed end. Please send the adapters...Thankyou Beverly Boudreau

I was advised that my order will ship in 2-4 weeks. It seems to me that in this day of communication that the manufacturer could give a better estimate of shipping than 2-4 weeks. also will I be advised when it does ship? STEW
