As a previous reviewer said, customer service is bad with Polsteins.
I had ordered a product from the company. The order process was easy, the price was somewhat reasonable and the order came fairly quickly. But that's where the problems started.
Upon opening the box I realized the item they sent was a different version of the product I ordered. They had that product and the product I ordered listed separately on the web site, the item numbers were also different.
Trying to get customer service required pulling teeth. Several emails were never responded to. I only got a response after I threatened to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Then they emailed me a UPS label to send the product back on their dime. At least it didn't cost me anything to send it back.
In the return box I enclosed a copy of the product page of the product I ordered so they could ship me out the correct one.
The UPS tracking number showed that the return was received on December 16th. I wait and wait and wait. I hear nothing from them. Then on December 26th I emailed them asking when I'll receive the right product.
I received an email back saying they couldn't guarantee the correct product would be sent so they were going to refund my money.
I did get a full refund on the product but why did it take an email from me to ask them when they'd be taking care of the product and how is it when you order something from them, they can't guarantee the right version of the product is shipped?
