I ordered a best-guess polar watch to my active son for his 30th birthday. It arrived swiftly, as guaranteed, at no extra charge. We mailed it to him as a present. He knew nothing of polar watches, but got on line and discovered another polar model that fit his activities a bit better. I gave him the phone number on my invoice, and he reported the people responding to his question about an exchange were very helpful. Tho the model he wanted was not presently in stock, they were happy to alert him when it was and refund any difference. He was happy with the service, as was I. As yet, he hasn't gotten his exchange watch, so no report yet on how he likes it. I felt quite savvy as a mom to find something a tech-savvy offspring didn't know about but was happy to discover!

The web site was great. The only suggestion that I would make is having the capability to go back just before submitting the order to add one more item. It appears that once one gets to the last screen, there is no way to go back-one must either cancel the whole thing and start over, or not add anything else. I opted to submit the order without adding an additional item that I saw on the left side of the window. The order arrived in time for Christmas, which was a feat in itself, considering that it wasn't ordered until the Wednesday evening before the holiday! Well Done!! Thanks.
